I've been going to the gym for the past week or so and I've done cardio all days but one and the other day I did weight training. During the cardio, I've been maintaining a heart rate of about 130 BPM. I made it a point to weigh myself the day I started the gym. I was at 293. I weighed myself this morning. I'm 295.

Quite frustrating.
