For me Marilou would be borderline. Most of those girls would look much
better to me, if they didn't have so much quads and glutes.
Anyway, probably biggest quads and glutes in the business belong to
Agata Wrobel.

She's from a small town I worked in for some years. Real beauty, isn't
she? And you have to say, that she can control a bitch well enough.

Mate, i think you're confused.
First up, you started your original question with "Can some of you tennis
players ...", which, given that this is a group about weight training, not
tennis, was a bit odd. What makes you think there are tennis players
reading this?
Secondly, you say your question hasn't been answered, but there were at
least three posts that looked like answers to me:
"Either do a general strength and conditioning program for yourself, or
seek out the advice of a good tennis coach and have him/her design a
program specifically for you. For almost every player below the elite
level, just gaining some basic strength and conditioning will help the
game as well as help prevent injury, and something specific to tennis
isn't really necessary." -- Steve Freides
A BUNCH OF LINKS TO BOOKS. -- Curt James
"But generally, do explosive lifts as often as you can spare. Go for
reps, but no more than 5. Do try to squeeze more lifts within your
training session. Do not bother as much about reps as about the total
number of lifts." -- Andrzej Rosa
Thirdly, where do trainers come into this? We're not trainers, we're
people who do weights ourselves.
And, fourthly, even if we were trainers, we're not *your* trainers,
because, as you mention, you pay money for that, and we haven't had a
cheque in the post from you yet. So where do you get off bitching us out?
Oh, i get it:
"I am really hoping for a program, stating exercises, and numbers of
sets."
So you're either too lazy or too stupid to take the very good advice
that's been given here and spend the few minutes it would take to work out
the details yourself. Well, good for you. To be honest, i'd worry less
about your tennis and more about not being such a helpless baby.

I'll tell you a secret. In reality she thought that it was best spent
$500 in her life, and she pretended that she wasn't satisfied just to
make you feel better about yourself. Women are like that. I love them
for it.
> who could not even be bothered to

For her? I never knew it was her! Sure, I can write a workout program
for her.
Squat - 3 sets of 10.
Dumbbell clean - 3 sets of 5 per side.
Overhead press - 3 sets of 10.
Lat pulldown - 3 sets of 10.
Send her kisses.

You did receive some good directions. You just didn't want to put any
effort with understanding them. You refuse to think, or you would be
able to design a program for yourself after 25 years of training. In
this case do a program written for your wife!
