Post subject: water aerobics cassette tape

My wife is looking for a cassette tape that contains not only music for
water aerobics exercises, but also a voice-instruction component. Does
anyone know where a tape like this can be purchased?

Sprintaquatics.com or just do a google search. Karen Westfall seems to be the
most advertised.
