Thanks for the unrequested advice on an issue that doesn't concern me. I
just wanted to know what the Wii Fit is.

The funny thing is, I'mm looking forward to it also. I don't currently
have a Wii, but my wife read about Wii Fitness, and now she wants one.
Unlike PS3 and XBox360, the Wii encourages you to stand up and move
around. I read that Wii boxing, off the Wii Sports game, burns up 115
cals per 15 minutes. That's 460 an hour!

I have always said that I don't want to go to the gym or diet because it
would be too much effort and not enough reward currently. However, as a
video game, the reward side of the equation increases to the point where I
would do it. The reward, gameplay, makes up for the effort required.

The Wii board will register a weight up to 300 (I read 330 actually), but
can hold up to 600.

Like the XBOX and PS3 right. I get how it must be some interactive game
related thing for exercise.
