Is rebounding on a mini trampline low impact or high impact?
It is pushed by several fittness gurus, but I have also heard that it
is bad on the ankle and knees.

Could tarsel tunnel syndrom be a result of rebounding on a mini
trampoline?
Could it aggravate heel spurs more than jogging?

Thank you,
