Hello

I was wondering how many of you track your diet to gain size in the
gym? I've been using TrackYourDiet.com for around 2 months and have
gained just over 10 pounds. I never realized how few calories I was
actually eating before. Does anyone else use TrackYourDiet.com or
other calorie tracking sites or does it just become instinct after a
while? I find it pretty easy to keep track of my diet, but I dont'
know about doing this for years to come. Also, is 10 pounds a good
weight gain in 2 months or should I increase my calories?

Thanks,

Chris R.
