what do you try to eat before you work out? - do you try and eat anything specific before a workout, and at a specific amount of time before? I've been reading that a protein shake after a workout mixed with some carbs is a good idea.

right, after releasing my old routine is a load of ****e i've changed to this, let me know what you's think

Monday
Shoulder Press x 3 (10reps)
Incline Flies x 2 (10reps)
Flat Press x 2 (10reps)
Tuesday
Dumbell Squats x 3 (15reps)
Hammer Curls x2 (10reps)
Back
Wednesday
Jackknife sit up x 3 (10reps) (with wieght?)
russian twist x 2 (15reps)
dumbell side bends x3 (10reps)
Thursday
Incline Flies x 3 (10reps)
Shoulder Press x 2 (10reps)
Flat Press x 2 (10reps)
Friday
Back
Dumbel Squats x 3 (15reps)
Hammer Curl x 3 (10reps)
Saturday
Jackknife sit up x 3 (10reps) (with wieght?)
russian twist x 2 (15reps)
dumbell side bends x3 (10reps)
Sunday
Watch Tv x3
Drink beer x 8



one thing im missing is the back excersizes, after lookin around here for the past few days im thinkin they're pretty important. any ideas what would be good, i only have a set of dumbbells to work with

this is the best place to go for looking for exercises or workouts
its really good you can even look for exercises using only certain types of equipment

Your routine might be better if u comined a couple of days and had like a rest day or cardio day or summin, probably what i'd do, just my opinion though
