No-sweat workout
Aquatic fitness classes seem like a great way for older Americans to
stay slim. The water supplies gentle weight resistance and allows for
exercise with minimal jarring of the joints. So why are so many young
athletes taking a dip alongside their senior peers?

My grandparents do this when my Grandfather is still with us. I tend to come along because they look like they are having so much fun. But their group hinders me because all of them are Oldies. I think thsi technique is effective if you are trying to stay fit but not trying to loose weight quickly.
