Ran across an article supporting that "fit and fat" is a myth. The
strong statement made here is simple and will help me with a friend who
thinks otherwise:

- In light of the findings, "The primary cardiovascular health goal
for men needs to be weight management and prevention of excess fat
accumulation," Christou said.
