Then he dumps the weight. He did that in the video. If you train seriously
on movements like this, you learn to dump the weight. And if you ever
watched olympic lifting, the dump the weight all the time. >> Stay informed about: What a squat OUGHT to look like |

She is great, isnt she?
But Cherokee, IMO is still the undisputed World Champion of Ass

I really think its time for group vote.
Who is better, Cherokee or Cleo? Perhaps an another candidate?
Remember we were discussing certain body ratios a few weeks ago?
Well... i find a nice one, she makes both beyonce and Jennie Lopez look like
amatuers

Did you see that hip/waist ratio?
Okay, time to vote!
1 vote for Cherokee.

I see the difference. Thank you.
I have neck issues that prevent me from putting a barbell across my back
like that, so anything more than what I'm doing now is pretty much out
for me (as are barbell squats). I've thought about getting one of those
5 or 10 lb weighted bars, though. I like the motion. It's a nice
hamstring stretch. >> Stay informed about: What a squat OUGHT to look like |

See how that feels?
I have that same feeling when YOU are playing with Charles or Curt. Not nice
eh?
Anyway, Keith can tell me a thing or two about weghtlifting, and its not a
secret that, besides winning the Mr. O in 2008, i will also become the first
Dutch SuperHeavyWeight Olympic WeightLifting Champion.
If i pass the drug test, that is... ;-(

Yeah, but you'll never threw a gym into orbit. Well, at least not
without learning about the Weider Escape Velocity Principle.

When I worked at GNC we sold the occasional bottle of Goldenseal Root,
but that was primarily for beating a marijuana urinalysis according to
those customers requesting the product. Not sure how that worked or if
it'd be applicable to AS. ;o)
Hmm. I'm thinking t-shirts. Pete cartoon on the front. Massive
looking. And then Mr. O 2008 on the back.

That's not how a squat OUGHT to look unless you're interested in
Weightlifting. He isn't lifting the weight until he gets half way up. I
can lift more by doing a partial so the weight he's lifting doesn't
surprise me. Weightlifting is about momentum and fast movements.
Powerlifting is about brute strength. >> Stay informed about: What a squat OUGHT to look like |

1 vote for Miss Cleo. (Curt printed out several poster-sized images of
this chic and that swayed my vote.)
Well, I gotta go root through all Curt's stuff since he's probably
going to be at the hospital for a bit. But, yeah, I'm sure he'll
recover and be posting again real soon.

One caveat. You only learn to dump the weight if you are using bumper
plates like oly lifters do. A powerlifter should never dump the
weight nor should he ever squat heavy without a spotter(s). >> Stay informed about: What a squat OUGHT to look like |

Thank you, Charles. Yes, thank you, thank you. I realize the
incredibly wonderful addition I make to the general textual ambience
as well as the increased intelligence level I so handily bring to this
otherwise dull and boring non-site and I do appreciate your compliment
as an obviously well-deserved accolade.
As a result of your praise (and, yes, that Volkmer guy's) I will
certainly quadruple my posting habits at the very least. Quintuple?
Oh, heck, why not "increase by a hundredfold"? That's just easier.
(However, I promise I'll keep my comments brief in the future.
Something like, "Oh, that's just a pop-fitness web site. Poo poo!" to
make my goal of a hundredfold increase in posting.)

He isn't doing a partial. He is explosive enough he is making it look
easy. If it was easier to go ass to the grass why do you suppose
powerlifting only go to parallel?
