Dayana is gorgeous, but those curls are not what I'd call excellent
form - at least so far as full extension is concerned. Wait, it's the
damn dial-up (this is taking forEVER!). Her db curls were top-notch
(as is her physique, of course) and her flexing her arms without
weights was impressive as well.

Awesome.

French maid? And almost eight minutes, too? Oh, it'll take an hour to
load, but it'll be WORTH IT! ;o)

Oh, its just a variation of the barbell curl. As you said yourself, there is
no full extension, and when she lowers the weight, the elbows swing behind
the body. I suspect this variation is just that, for the sake of variation.

I prefer my barbell curls standing, full extension-even the hands move like
in a wrist curl-and when i go up. the elbows go about 30 degrees forwars and
the bar almost touches my eyebrows. This is probably because i try to move
the bar as fast as possible during the concentric phase. Without cheating of
course. To protect my back, i actually lean a bit forward, so that during
the last few reps, my torso moves back, but hyerextending the back. I see a
lot of people do this when they perform standing barbell curls.

Nono!
YouTube is terribly slow. I got a 20 Mbit connection, but YouTube just takes
seconds to respond when you click a link. Slowest site i ever have seen.

BTW, when are you taking a broadband connection? I am sure you will enjoy
all the things you can download. Last night, i got "Raw", "Delirious", and
the best of "Säturday night Live" from Eddie Murphy. He was quite funny in
his early years. His James Brown imitation cracked me up.

Cool eh?
Probably the best female physique these days, very feminine. Unlike Iris
Kyle, good athlete, but not so appealing.

Nothing wrong with Andrulla, i got several Mpegs of here. Okay, her voice is
a little annoying...
She used to post here a couple of times several years ago. Mostly spam or
weird questions. For a Pro, that is.

one afternoon and was very pleasant and, yeah, VERY buff. Surprised)

I think I could spend all summer on YouTube.
