That is because the store you frequented deals with farm structures. You
need to go to a store called "Barnes and Nobel"

Good suggestion. The form is spotty on some of the demos though. I would
suggest starting with Mel Siff's Supertraining. It's an easy cuddle up to a
fire with wine and cheese type book.

I dunno Jay. I love Supertraining, but Mel focuses on more than the
mechanical aspects of movement. It is a great book if you want to get
indepth, but if you are looking at the relationship between muscles and
movement you may want something simpler.

I still use Supertraining as a reference for papers I write. Great book.
I should get a new copy as Mel had written on the introduction of mine.

I have that one. It's not extremely detailed or analytical, but it's
an excellent basic resource. It's nicely illustrated, too.

Dear dumb gunt,

You are not looking for a "specific" book. You are looking for a general
textbook.

Barnes and Nobles and other bookstores have tons of books that could keep
your pea-brain occupied.

Now go crawl back under your rock and get lost.

Yeah. I spent a couple of weekends at his place in Denver at
Supertraining camps. Lisa is Canadian, so she enjoyed having a Canuck
around the house. Plus we both plonk away at music - me on guitar and
her on piano.

Anyhow, when I ordered the book he sent a very nice personal message for
me - more than an autograph.

Knowing where he lives, I'd guess he's either of Polish or Hispanic
heritage, depending on when his family came over. I'm guessing Hispanic
because of the particularly virulent homophobism.
