Hi guys !

I'm looking for a book which will enable me to study more about the
human body's muscles and the exercises which are affiliated with each
one of them.

In other words, I just want to enhance my knowledge by reading
something beneficial about the human body and to apply practical
exercises from the text.

I guess that this book I'm looking for is a textbook, since I have not
found any relating book in Barns and Nobel....
Any help will be highly appreciated !!

Thanks
gingi

Muscle - Confessions of an unlikely bodybuilder by Samuel Wilson

Anyone know whatever happened to old Sam? I would love to see what has
become of him.

Most texts don't reduce movement to muscles. Movement is specific to
joints. Muscles move joints as they are ennervated.

You may want to try

www.exrx.net

and take a look. It was set up by physiology people.

If you have a university nearby, go to the bookstore and take a look at the
texts offered for the anatomy classes. Be prepared to drop a bundle,
however.

When calling a group of people Neanderthals it's probably a good idea to
spell the word correctly. You're not even an effective troll. Your
parents must be proud.

Willllbur,
You have once again shown your stupidity, by not differentiating (go
look that one up) between a typo and a misspelling.
