Help. I was a regular weights man

However I have been sufferring slight tendinitis of th right lower arm

thing is I have a baby to lift and cannot rest it 100% for full
recovery, even though I try to limit usage to my left arm.

Anyone else been in this situation?

Oh definitely from lifting weights. 4 months ago I had it in my left
arm from trying too hard ( I was away from home and bored mindless )

It healed as I was able to rest it as I was away from home, with no
baby.

However I continued to try too hard just with my right arm, so that
developed problems. Now I am back home I cant seem to rest it. :O)
