I started feeling ill about 3 days ago, and now I feel slightly better but I have a slight cold, nothing major. I'm thinking of going back to the gym tomorrow to do some cardio but I don't know if this is good idea. I certainly don't want to sit here burning no calories. What do you think?

Oh, ok, so I don't REALLY have to wait until the cold, or whatever it is (i now think it's more of a sore throat), to completely go away before i go back to the gym. That's great news. Thanks!
