Post subject: for the skinny beginner, and anyone else who wants to know more about muscle building
Archived from groups: misc>fitness>weights (more info?)

Hi...

Alot of beginners in bodybuilding/gyming assume that the secret to a
great body is lots of weights, with lots of supplements. Ive seen guys
spend 100's of pounds a month on supplements alone, with only very
moderate(& sometimes even poor) results.

There are alot of secrets to bodybuilding, and many of them are less
well known. For the skinny beginner I suggest the following guide,
which might turn out to be the best read you've seen. It really
impressed me, and has helped alot of guys I know.

The link above might need to be cut and pasted. Read it, and you'll be
suprised at how little you know about supplements, bodybuilding etc.
Hopefully it will give ou the info you need to start working towards
the perfect body, the right way!

It's not very impressive that your own website impressed you and your
friends. Have you tried any brain building exercises?
