I read somewhere recently, that you should buy a size larger for your
walking shoe size to accomodate for swelling.
I had never heard this, but I'm new to fitness walking. Could you
folks comment on whether you do this or not?

Thanks,
Vern in Orleans, IN

yes - you definitely need one size larger to give your feet more room.
Your feet will be less tired in the end.

It's a good idea to invest in a good pair of walking shoes.

...and how about some tunes?

Thanks, and speaking of tunes, is there a good website to buy walking
cd's from? I live in a very small town, and have to drive several
miles to shop.
