I experienced a sharp pain in my left forearm (couple inches below the
wrist) when doing bench press today. I wasn't going overboard with
the weight... however, I tried reducing the weight by 20% and didn't
feel the pain to the same extent. I thought this was odd since 1) I
hadn't experienced this sort of pain before and 2) it was only in one
arm.
I don't recall doing anything to hurt my left arm... should I lay off
bench presses for a while? Any ideas around what I may have hurt
inadvertently and ways to help speed the recovery?
Thanks! >> Stay informed about: sharp pain in left forearm when doing bench-press |

Internet diagnosis is worth what you pay for it - common sense applies,
so just lay off bench pressing for a bit, start up with a light weight,
and see how it feels. If you need, see a doctor, chiro, or physical
therapist, especially if it hurts when you're not lifting.

It's carbo-loading for the skin.
