I gather many on MFW at times use low carb eating. A few here might be
interested in a group that focuses on low carb with high fat.

Among those striving for fitness are some of us that do low carb while
searching for new ways to eat as much fat as possible (as a percentage).
There is a Yahoo group dedicated to this called Low Carb High Fat.

link: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/LowCarbHighFat/

Topics range from coconut oil to portion control.

The group is moderated to block spam or PETA vegans.

If this sounds like your kind of thing, come check us out. The message
history can be viewed without joining, and there is a links section to
related topics.

LOL! Usually it's the vegans blocking people.

We have tracked your home address and informed the enforcement
divisions of http://www.pcrm.org and http://www.veganmd.com. A PETA
hit squad will be arriving at your home within hours, just as soon as
they are done liberating veal calves from a local farm.
