I am reading Stuart McRobert - Beyond Brawn, The Insiders Encyclopedia on
How to Build Muscle & Might.pdf and I like it. But I would like to also
read some book based on research and scientific evidence. Can you recommend
a good one?

Bob

I like the website www.hypertrophy-specific.com for the research, though their
conclusions are frequently debatable.

If you're bald, try reading Siff; otherwise the pulling your hair out in
frustration thing is too painful.

Hatfield wrote a book a while back called "Bodybuilding: A Scientific
Approach" Pretty good book!

Hatfield is a psychologist. Good powerlifter with extroardinary
genetics, too. His books are about as scientific as any other weight
training books: not really. Beyond basic biology they are and completely
lacking in what you could find in the archives of this group in Keith
Hobman's posts.

I'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my
neighbours from crime, and became the victim of it. Complications in
hospital following this resulted in a serious illness. I now need a bone
marrow transplant. Many people around the world are waiting for a marrow
transplant, too. Please volunteer to be a marrow donor:
