I work out three times a week now and run 30 minutes about every other day,
and I can't seem to get rid of all the fat in my stomach area. I know that,
for example, if I did a bunch of sit-ups it won't burn the fat on my
stomach, and that I have to do aerobics. I don't work out my abdominals
because I don't like sit-ups, etc. I want my stomach to be firm, it doesn't
have to be defined or anything. Do I need to do sit-ups to do this?

Thanks, Brad

One more thing... I'm 5'11'' and weight 150 lbs, which is skinny for my
height.

You are probably a canditate for lipsuction - being 5'11 and only 150 lbs
you will have a hard time getting rid of the residual fat deposits around
your belly

At 5'11", 150, I would think he'd want to GAIN weight - specifically,
muscle. The fat wouldn't be so noticeable if he were a little bit bigger
and broader, and his frame could easily support that.

Brad, have you considered eating MORE, especially more protein, and
getting a well-designed weight training program to try to gain some
muscle mass?

Any plan which will get rid of that fat probably also will cost you a
lot of muscle. Consider lipo.

Ignore the hype, buy the book, read it, do it.

It's no gimmick, it's just nutrition of the kind that bodybuilders
use all the time to get competition-lean.
