She was about 6' 3". Her waistline that is. She had this huge paunch
below her navel, her *lower abdomen* protruding. You've probably
occasionally seen one of these in stretch pants at Wal Mart.
Fortunately, it was not such a disturbing sight to see in the morning
because her upper stomach paunch covered it up.

Yes, I am in the US and in the USA, Ike a a semi-common name, short
for Isaac, Dwight Eisenhower, the WW II general and later president,
also was called Ike.
Dutch?? Female?? Have never heard that one before.
