Calorie usage - I was asked about calorie usage when weight lifting, and I didn't know. Can anyone advise? How many calories per lift? And does this change as you gain muscle mass? Or do more or less reps? cheers all Jack

Since half a year I do one hour a day a fitness
exercise and I watch my calorie in-intake graphics
(since a week on http://calorieplay.com)
I lost 20 pounds and feel much better.
Weight loss can be done. Do your exercise
and know how much calories you take.
