hi,
for repetition number 2 on a proper dumbell bicep curl, do i need to
lower the dumbell till my elbow lock vertically, then lift up
or
do i lower the dumbell to the 7 o'clock position (for right arm) (or 4
o'clock for left arm), then lift dumbell up?
thanks. >> Stay informed about: proper standing dumbell bicep curls |

It depends. You can use heavier weights if you don't go clear to the
bottom, and sometimes that's useful. Since (as far as I know) there is
no competitive standard for curls I don't see how it would matter.

If you don't know how to do a simple barbell curl dumbshit, this NG isn't
going to help you figure it out. >> Stay informed about: proper standing dumbell bicep curls |

Awww, can't I give someone a little dirt now and then? Where IS Robert
Schuh, by the way?
Hey, have you been in the gym this week?
I was in the morning for an hour of cardio plus some weights:

Thank you.
I was testing you. As I am the president of the American Pricks
Association, I could have caught you in a lie if you claimed that
title.
....
Anyway, points for being a good sport. Or, hey, for simply ignoring a
jab.

No problem Curt, I frequented this news group 5 or 6 years ago when Rober
Schuh was a regular. I learned back then to have a thick skin >> Stay informed about: proper standing dumbell bicep curls |
