check out my cutting diet - Here is a typical day. Due to my schedule I can only get three meals in a day instead of the more optimal 5 or 6. Breakfast 4 extra large eggs fried(I use cooking spray to minimize fat calories) 2 slices wheat bread 2 cups of 1% milk Lunch Roast beef.

I've heard this before also, and there was also a friend of mine , a jewish girl that was in group or so... can't remember the name, but she said they tech them to meditate and she can focus on shaping her body... lolol


Anyway the mind is a powerful thing.. if you can use it it's all good.

There was a documentry I saw on discovery where some runners where made to imagine running a race from begining to the end... the tracking devices on their body showed that they used the exact muscles on their body as if they were actually running the race...so anything is possible
