I heard this is good for burning fat and putting on muscle and would
considering adding it to my protein drinks but I don't want a shake that
makes me shaky or ruins my kidneys. Anyone know much about DHEA? Thanks

I don't know the answer, but I do know that my blood test for DHEA sulfate
was high and I'm losing my hair at 31 years old. I'm the youngest in the
family to have lost his hair at this age. I wonder.

DHEA wouldn't make you shaky.

DHEA wouldn't ruin your kidneys.

No doubt.

S' OK.

Come back when you hit 40 years old, and we'll discuss DHEA and it's role in
hormone replacement therapy.

And since a large part of the DHEA -> androstenedione -> testosterone
-> DHT conversion occurs in the sebaceuous glands, it tends to have
ugly side effects.

Thank you much. Forget DHEA. Once again there is no substitute for hard
work.

Oh, there are, at least, partial substitutes, for building muscle and losing
fat. But, without pharmaceuticals, hard work and proper diet are the key.

Even with pharmaceuticals, hard work and proper diet are still important.

Just not DHEA.
