muscles takes long to become stiff

Post subject: muscles takes long to become stiff

When I started training I usually had muscle stiffness (pain) the next
morning after the night I trained. Now I only start feeling it the next
night and it is only two days after training that it is at its worst. It
this normal?

It is common to have DOMS on the second day, yes.

And after a while (weeks), you won't get much DOMS at all, unless you
suddenly change your routine around.
