I'm a 25 male, who usually weighs in at around 90kg. Over the last 6-8 months I have put on around 10 kgs and now my jeans don't fit around the thighs.
I've started dieting and but want some exercises or methods that will get rid of the fat without making my thighs big and muscley. Any ideas?
I really want thin thighs, I don't care if they aren't muscley, I don't want big muscley thighs at all, I just want them thin again
Someone suggested running, is this likely to bulk up my legs?
