| How would you go about losing the most amount of fat in 10 hours ?
What should you keep your heart rate at ? What should you drink - I
imagine gatorade or something to keep hydrated and keep enough calories
around to help burn the fat ?

You won't burn much fat in 10 hours no matter what you do. If the goal
is to drop weight in 10 hours, focus on emptying your gut and
dehydrating yourself. Calories to burn fat? I don't think so.

How about % relationship to normal resting pulse? My resting pulse is
~40.

Since "I" was answering, the "your" in his question referred to me.
It's all about me. Me, me, me.
Under general anesthesia, your pulse would be 1.

Those of us who were voice majors in school used to tell this joke about
the opera singer at the party afterwards. Overheard as the singer was
talking to one of the guests:
Singer: Enough about me, let's talk about you. What did _you_ think of
my singing?
> Under general anesthesia, your pulse would be 1.
Wasn't General Anesthesia the guy who staged a coup against Manual
Labor's government?

If anybody wants to know why people don't ask questions in this group
anymore, all they have to do is look at YOUR responses. Is there any
chance you could find something else to do with your time? >> Stay informed about: maximum fat loss per day |

If anybody wants to know why people who ask questions in this newsgroup
are generally idiots, all they have to do is look at YOUR response. The
original question is ridiculous and David's answers attempted to point
that out with a bit of humour. If you don't get it, maybe you should be
singing "If I Only Had A Brain" from "The Wizard of Oz."
I have nothing better to do with my time right now because it's 7:30am
and it's been pouring rain all night long and we're waiting for the
powers that be to post an announcement that the local sports fields are
closed so that I can cancel my son's 9am soccer game. If you'd like to
call the field closing hot line for me every few minutes, I promise not
to post any more messages here this morning.

Steve,
The soccer game will be played with one small change.
All players will have to wear rain gear and life jackets. >> Stay informed about: maximum fat loss per day |

They finally cancelled it but it was a bureaucratic nightmare - the town
didn't close the fields last night so the soccer club had to send
someone to inspect each field individually, and they were hoping some
fields were playable so that they could move ours to another field, but
in the end, everything in town is closed for the day. The other team
had drive half an hour each way just because someone in my town couldn't
look out the window.
