The most I have ever attempted and been successful with in the power
clean is 135. It's probably close to my max. The most I've ever tried
and gotten up in the deadlift is 275, although it did go up in a smooth
and fluid motion, so my max is probably closer to 300 for that. 275
just felt very heavy, but it wasn't all that much of a struggle is I
guess what I am saying. Do these ratios seem about average? I guess
it's about 1:2 power clean:deadlift, maybe a little smaller if you
assume 300 on deadlift.
