Well, swimming or aqua aerobics is another way to loose weight.
It is less strenuous on the joints as well. The pressure of the water against your movement makes you burn fat.

Depends how long you walk in comparism to how much you eat...

Eat less, don't starve yourself, just reduce your portions and eat consistently.

if you like riding , try riding at least an hour a day.

If you like swimming this is great also... I imagine you want to loose weight without stress:)... consistency is the key
