Hi all,

I'm a female, 37 yrs & I'd like to lose 50 lbs & get tone. I'm just starting
out & so far I have a routine of 35 minutes on weights & 30 minutes on my
eliptical. Do I need to add something else?

I'm just curious as to how long your workout routine is? Also how many
times do you do your workout in a week?

Hi Gigglles,

I am a male 48yrs and 60lbs over weight. I have already lost some
weight and am getting a lot fitter. As well as my diet I have been
using a website which runs aerobics videos that i can join in at home.
www.e-gymonline.com if your interested. It has helped me with the
exercise side of things.
