Is there a listserv or newsgroup for aquaerobics? Or for aquaerobics instructors?

No, not to the best of my knowledge. This newsgroup is a good place to ask.
You might also try misc.fitness.misc, and you might even try
rec.sport.swimming. You could also ask on 24hoursupport.helpdesk.
