Here's an idea for getting more bang out of your morning or evening
walk: carry some dumbells and pump them as you go. In 2002 I created a
non-commercial web site to extoll the virtues of my exercise routine,
complete with quicktime movies showing how I do it.
Last October I started pumping the weights heavyhands style. This week
I have added pages and movies describing and demonstrating my heavyhands
