of you here who have low bodyfat, what do u find is the best way to get fit?
ie i like to run casually for 80 minutes, because that way im not mentally
dead afterwards and i have enough strength left to maintain my diet and do
some housework.
however sometimes i like to get it overwith fast so i go hard for 45 minutes
but it leaves me exhausted and i pig out for about two days afterwards.
