Post subject: hydraulic fitness machines

Anybody try out hydraulic exercise equipment ? It is somewhat
interesting in that the faster you try to do the lift the more
resistance is given. This ensures really you can do your max
intensity for the length and throughout the whole rep, _possibly_
giving you more intensity which might lead to more muscle gain.
