Post subject: really need some help on this

i have recently came into a posistion where i will have the next 6 months to do nothing but eat sleep and train, i am 6ft tall 130 pounds,JUST quit smoking after a 5 year pack a day habit.

this is what i figure i am going to do,BUT i am afraid of "over training"

keeping in mind that i have no job to go to and can sleep as much as i want, does this program here sound like it will be over training.

Monday, full body weight lifting,running

tuesday 1 hour of jujitsu, one hour of muay thai boxing

wesd,weightlifting/running (morning) 1 hour jujitsu,1 hour muay thai boxing at night

thursday 1 hour jujitsu, 1 hour muay thai boxing

friday weightlifting/running,1 hour of jujitsu

sat OFF

SUNDAY OFF
...
my friend says for someone who is horribly out of shape like me,that jumping right into this routine is totally over training.

keeping in mind i have no job to worry about and can get as much sleep a day as i want, does this sound like over training?

any help is appriciated.
