Which male bodybuilder do you study, if you are trying to get bigger?

Which bodybuilding magazine is the most helpful?

Don't listen to Brink, Rich.

Brink, are you going to go all Ellington Darden on this question? I
assume that the OP is not asking for specific training expertise, but
rather a general vote for the best bodybuilder.

I'd vote for Dexter Jackson or Gustavo Badell or Mark Dugdale.

If you're getting into the sport, you don't give two shits about what
some Ph.D. has to say about protein utilization. You put the poster of
Arnold up on the wall and you start doing curls.

And so far as the best muscle mag. Isn't it obvious? *MuscleMag*

None, as they don't tend to know all that much about the topic.

There we have it, an admission of guilt. Just as I stated, a bunch of
muscles with no brains.

Oh, yeah, that's right. They call Gustavo Badell *Ol' Puny Pecs from
Puerto Rico*. I forgot about that nickname. I wonder why...

Agreed.

Again, I agree that genetics is the top factor in bodybuilding success.
I'm old school (and old) and remember the Barbarians saying that
there's no such thing as overtraining - that there's only
*under*eating. And who was that one chain smoker who was at the top of
the game? Gunnar Rosbo? Google sez yes and also points a
nicotine-stained fingertip at Danny Padilla. Zoinks! The Marlboro man
didn't hurt their physiques.
