Again, I agree that genetics is the top factor in bodybuilding success.
I'm old school (and old) and remember the Barbarians saying that
there's no such thing as overtraining - that there's only
*under*eating. And who was that one chain smoker who was at the top of
the game? Gunnar Rosbo? Google sez yes and also points a
nicotine-stained fingertip at Danny Padilla. Zoinks! The Marlboro man
didn't hurt their physiques.
