Hoping to get back out either tomorrow or Friday. Still trying to reschedule my appt but having no luck... Sad Supper was a cheat meal...visiting the neighbor so just had supper there.

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 3 - tuna casserole, peas, milk
Meal 4 - 2 pieces of pizza, 1 breadstick, mountain dew

*Edit - ate some pb before bed..didn't need it, just wanted it, although I was getting little hungry*

Spend yesterday getting things together for my fiance (a.k.a. Greene) birthday. Making the cupcake cake today and having few people over tonight. Supper is going to be chicken and potato wedges... Very Happy Was going to cook but thought..nah, I'll order out this year.

Party...er small get together went over well. Greene didn't eat so he watched us. The cupcakes were really good... Very Happy

Hung out at the park w/family. Listened to music and had lunch. Ash played in the blow up toys all day... Very Happy Ate cupcakes during the day

Sunday we ate at my aunt and uncle's house, Ash got sick later that night, stayed up way to late partying but had a good time doing it. Snacked during the day.

M&D left yesterday and they'll be back on the 15th. Did two loads of laundry and Greene loaded the dishwasher. Didn't eat very much but did snack throughout the day.

Yesterday I was feeling lot better but took it slow on the walking but still got it in. Started off really good food wise but ended bad.

Meal 2 - pineapple chunks
Meal 3 - 6 whole wheat crackers, pb
Meal 4 - chicken rice (chicken helper), bread, butter
Meal 5 - pizza cheeseburger, tea

Went for my walk...10 min shy of 45 min. I thought it was going to be a little chilly but it wasn't. I had a stray dog with me all the time I was gone. I was hoping he wouldn't get hit by the cars...thank god he didn't.

It was chilly yesterday morning so I didn't go for my walk. Instead I decided to do all my running but didn't get out.

Meal 1 - pb toast, milk, coffee
Meal 2 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 3 - whole wheat crackers, slice cheese
Meal 4 - baked porkchops, rice, peas, corn, cottage cheese, milk

Another cold morning so I'm gonna have to get some sweats so I can walk again. Food wise..started good ended bad.

Meal 1 - oatmeal, milk, coffee
Meal 2 - pork chop, rice, cottage cheese
Meal 3 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 4 - homemade baked beans, 2 deviled eggs, mountain dew
Meal 5 - hot dog, mac cheese, sweet tea
Meal 6 - pb sandwich, sweet tea
Meal 7 - spoonfuls of pb out of jar... Sad
Meal 8 - sun chips 100 calories bag, sweet tea
