I hadn't checked there, thanks for the tip. I'm on the opposite side
of the state from Raleigh, but I can always come up with an excuse to
travel!

I found a classified website that focuses on fitness equipment. It has used as well as new equipment, so I think there are good deals to be had and you are pretty likely to find your Weider home gym and a rest for your preacher bar. You might be able to sell some of the equipment you are not using also to help pay for the equipment you want.
