Do you plan to employ linear or conjugate periodisation?

You know, that's a very good question. One to which I hadn't really paid
any attention. Now you mention it, I will give it considerable thought
throughout today...

It's quite philosophical in its nature. Whether 'tis nobler to
concentrate on one exercise and hit it with multiple sets or to divert
your attention among many. Then sleep -- perchance to dream: ay,
there's the rub.

See! Diff'rent strokes for diff'rent folks, Bully. Actually, she kind of
reminds me of Willow out of Buffy in that picture.

I was going to post the cover of Chemistry for Girls Aloud:

http://www.umusic.dk/MCM/covers/girlsaloud_chemistry_cover.jpg

But the ginger one looks particularly rancid in that, although Cheryl and
the other pretty one do look even better than in the above pic. Ah,
decisions, decisions.

Waldenbooks in the local mall is closing tomorrow and so I was able to
pick up a copy of Jared Diamond's _Guns, Germs, and Steel_
<http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0393317552/bookstorenow57-20>
for about eight bucks.

It wasn't in the dollar bin? Heck, for $8 you should be able to get the complete works
of Jared Diamond, Geoffrey Canada, Al Gore, and Rachel Carson. In hardback. With
DVDs attached. Autographed.
