Why squat? Why not hang clean, dead lift, chin up, push press, or dip?
Or bench, for that matter?

By "with choo", he meant "wichoo", also "wichyoo".
Ephedra is also known to affect one's ability to use slang properly, and
also interferes w/ phonetic interpretations.

Except for the fact that, from a stat a cupla years ago, 70% of gangsta rap
is purchased by suburban white boyz--yo.
Of course, a cynic might observe, Yeah, but 70% of gangsta rap that is
actually *purchased* may be but a drop in the bucket compared to the gangsta
rap that is shop-lifted in inner-cities,illegally duped, etc.
Well, let's not split pubic hairs.... werd.

Ah, I get it now. Thanks. I have not much against gays. Until they
get overly overt, I'm fine with them (and I'm fine with those gays who
find me attractive, too. Yes, yes, yes! I'm getting somewhere,
finally.).

Damn, you're an old fart. Happy Birthday, too bad you're not a few

Wow, you're really tall. I'm 6' 2" and I don't even have a 24" stroke
on my bp. So how tall are you and how short are your buddies?

So which was it, bright boy, a migraine or a caffeine withdrawl

Right, first, I don't mind a bit of usenet banter or ball-busting.
I've knocked about usenet, and particularly mfw, for years and I'm well
used to it!

Your answer doesn't really make any sense, though. Without knowing my
goals, you can't possibly say that, for me, relative strength is more
important than absolute strength. I don't know dick about "absolute
strength vs. relative strength". We train for different reasons. I
just like trying to lift more weight. And only I know why I like
trying to lift more weight. My bodyweight rarely fluctuates by more
than a few pounds - at my heaviest, a few years ago, I was about 194 lb
(I'm 5'10"), and my arms have never gone above about 14.5", but
training for size has never been a goal, although I have tried HST as a
change of routine. So it all comes down to what I said earlier - what's
important to you might not be important to me, and vice versa.
