Deadlifts are still out of the picture for me (shoulder surgery back in mid
December to remove a bone spur). I'm able to shrug 200 lbs for 15 reps.
Barely. I suspect that deadlifts would put a LOT more stress on my shoulder,
even for a lighter weight, and I'm not about to try it just yet.
Those fairies would have helped

We get no sympathy by blaming the match officials, and it won't alter
the result, but it was particularly hard to bear today, with most of
the 50-50 decisions going against us, and two perfectly good tries
disallowed!!
Add to that the fact that O'Driscoll had a foot in touch before
scoring the winning 7 points, and it will be seen that we had a torrid
day with the final score 19-13!

If you cared about getting information from knowledgable people and you
didn't want to waste their time, you'd google before asking. It's the
considerate thing to do.

Before I came here, I didn't know Google would search Usenet. Had no idea.
And as a database programmer and broadband user since DSL first was
available here in the late '90s, I'm not particularly ignorant in the area
of computers. But...I didn't know that.
So why not just inform them that they can Google groups? Or just answer the
question? Or just ignore the question?
I like Elzi. I'm not picking on her or siding against her. In fact, I've
done this from time to time myself because I take on the mfw persona. But
what Preacher is saying is a valid point. And...I agree with him. Unless
of course it's a Bowflex post...then all bets are off!
