to each his own. i have found that the Tanita is very
consistent. my percentage (usually around 15) floats
around by .5 or 1 depending on whether i'm eating
like a pig or off-my feed that week. when my belly
starts to get a bit bigger, i'm pretty sure that my
% bf has gone up. when i check it, yep.
now, i test under consistent circumstances. early up.
pee pee. shorts and t-shirt. hydrate with 1 bottle
of water on the way to the gym. if you do your test
just any old time, it'll have more variation. in that case,
the reading my have less meaning. perhaps none.
as for the OP losing LBM and fat....well, accept it
as the truth. so what. keep losing. add some
resistance exercises. alter your diet. you're doing
just fine. now you can fine tune the results.
