Fastest fat burning is cardio, first thing in the morning.
Go hard out. I personally cover 10 miles a day (on foot).

Good food, mostly protein and vegetables and fruit, with some carbs or
you will feel your energy levels plummet. Not good and
counterproductive.

Good luck

I put fat on early in life and it's taken me this long to learn enough
about nutrition etc. to finally get it under control.
That and getting the hypothyroidism properly adjusted.

I take the extract also because I cannot stand the taste of green tea.
Razz Earl Gray's hot for me thank you! With Splenda and just a touch of
1/2 and 1/2.

Really! I'd hoped my posting style and personality would have changed
enough. Wink And, it's been a LONG time since I posted here!

I actually like this ID better anyway. It's FAR more fun!
And I love the sig. <lol>

For obvious reasons, I won't post it here as that would give me away...
I only have one e-mail address. If you google for posts using my regular
ID, my e-mail is posted with all of those with a simple munging code to
prevent excess spam...

Thank you!

I drink green tea because it is special Chinese science magic.

Which inevitably reveals it to be the absolute bullshit that some of
us have been describing it!! ;o)

I take by this Williams, that you don't consider yourself a "layman"
in all the scientific disciplines you post about?!!

Yes, but much less so. Great for general health.

A sesame seed lignan? Interesting. Probably useful for general health and
blood lipid level reduction, but a "fat burner" as the term is being used in
this thread? Probably not.

Yes.

Not really.

Absolutely.

Actually, not really.......
I'm hoping that nobody really cares!

After all, what difference does it make, unless I make an ass out of
myself again???

I hope that, so far, at least some of my posts have been accurate and
useful?
