Budget issues?

I'll suggest you review both your diet and your
supplement sources.

As to the A or B choices, B is generally the better choice
especially for the water soluble vitamins. In the case
of vitamins K and D, the larger doses every other
day can make sense but most don't have access or
haven't located such supplements, so this is irrelevant.

Take your fat soluble supplements with a fatty meal.

Make a point of consuming at least two serving of
dark green leafy vegetables. Think in terms
of getting at least a 0.5 milligrams of vitamin K
per day.

Try get at least 9 serving of fruits and vegetables
per day.

Seeds and raw nuts should be eaten regularly and
at levels that provide about 8 to 30 IU of vitamin E and
300 milligrams of magnesium per day.

Become familiar with the nutritive values tables and
think in milligrams, micrograms rather than in terms
of percentage of DV, RDI, or RDA.
And be aware the nutritive value table only give
at best an approximate values and range of of
uncertainty is actually rather wide as to the food
values often in the downward direction.
Learn the in and outs of the upper limits (UL) for vitamins
and minerals. In others words, learn were the UL
are wrong. The same goes for the DV, RDI, AI, and
RDA values.

If one targets the nutrients vitamin K, E, D, magnesium, and
B-6 and the rest seem to follow. Of course this means
most nutrition textbooks provide only nearly useless
nutritive values tables from my point of view.
The USDA provides nutritive value tables for
download.

Being very sparing with vegetable oils, refined sugars,
and refined grain products. Avoid ice cream, commerical
cookies, or deep fried foods.

Don't over do the milk products, grain products, or
the beef, pork, or poultry.

need to do 5 seconds of Bowflex every other month.

Average lifespan of adults over 10 and dying os old age, was 42 years a few
hundred years ago (not counting the 50% of the children dying before 10
years of age)

Now we average what ? 72 years?

All because of supplementation.

That is correct. Getting your RDA of vitamins and minerals *requires*
that you eat a hearty diet. Dieters and those trying to limit their
calories need to supplement.

have heard of such things as antibiotics, inoculations, and
all those childhood diseases no one dies of today? not to
mention silly little things like appendicitis, syphilis...

Apparently not. Most of the raw foods that hold the most minerals and
vitamins have very few calories.

It would be pretty difficult to become a "blimp" while depending on low
calorie fruits and vegetables such as kale, carrots or broccoli, in
fact, many people do that to LOSE weight.
