We're more closely related than that.

If you had trolling lessons from Tavington, you would learn that it is OK to
have an extremely limited repertoire. He is the original Johnny one-note. In
all the time I've been here he has 2 messages - the desireability of long,
lean muscles - and overtraining is a good thing

You know you've become this NG's official ass-kisser as of late, and
the brown crust around your lips is not at all becoming.

Hi,

Your plan sounds good to me except for the supplements part.
Supplements aren't necessary at all, even less necessary when you're a
beginner. Don't be fooled by all the ads in the muscle magazines (I
know that you know that those big guys are not only taking creatine and
protein shakes, don't you ?). Just be patient and follow the following
"magical" (use this term to appeal you but there nothing magic in this)
recipe to get lean and muscular in just 6 months !!! (I know you've
seen ads that say you can be like Arnold in just 30 days, but the
differences is that mine is really working) :

Here is the magic and sucessful recipe to reduce bodyfat and this, for
your entire life (I know this works, I've done it and went from 27% BF
to 9% BF) :

1. Eat good food (forget fast-food and concentrate on natural,
non-processed food)
2. Drink plenty of water, at least 1 gallon per day (this helps in
keeping your metabolism high enough and also helps in chemical process
of burning fat cells)
3. Do cardio first thing in the morning. (biking, running or just
walking at a good pace will do it. I use to take bike ride for 45
minutes each weekdays mornings)
4. STRENGHT TRAINING. This is the most important part of the recipe to
reduce bodyfat percentage and not just lose weight (which would
include fat loss as muscle loss which you don't want if your goal is
to look better and leaner). And in this part, be sure to include all
your muscles, I mean by that to not forget your legs (they are the
biggest muscles in your body so they can really help you burn fat if
you develop them enough).

Actually, muscle burns fat more efficiently than fat burns itself.
Everything is regulated by your basal metabolism. This is what your
body needs (in terms of calories) to survive while doing nothing. The
more you will be in shape (cardiovascularly and muscularly) the higher
will be your metabolism. That means you will be burning fat even while
doing nothing if your diet totals less calories than your metabolism
needs. Just don't fool yourself with all the stuffs that are sold all
around. I've used it before and paid for it later. So be natural, eat
natural, exercice your heart in the morning, drink a lot of life
liquid (water) and lift weight at least 3 times a week and I can
garantee that in 1 year from now, nobody will recognize you !!!

Hope this helps !!!!

Alex the natural.
