The rate at which effects come in seems to be dose dependant. I was
recommended a high dose by the shop manager, who said most people make
the mistake of taking a dose which takes weeks to have an effect, if
you're lucky. I noticed effects in three days. In three days I moved
from mild pain and very slightly limping, something I could avoid
doing if I concentrated hard, to walking with a balanced swinging gait
and no pain. I've stopped it a few times, and after a week or two the
pain comes back. When I restart, it usually takes 3-4 days to
significantly reduce pain and improve gait.
