Such classic troll behavior chucky.
So proud of the pain and discomfort you cause, but won't admit to.
Did it ever occur to our resident troll that the reason that the flame wars
have abated has to do with a huge number of people fleeing this forum
because they can't stand scumbags trolls like yourself?
And again, if you were not such a troll, why do you change your e-mail addy
so often? It IS obvious that many people find you offensive and distasteful.
Why don't yo just admit it chucky? Your actions, in terms of constantly
changeing your addy, speaks volumes. But trolls like yourself never like to
talk about their actions or facts, do they? >> Stay informed about: Weight loss with elliptical |

He can't provide a cite for it, because he's making it up.
Having said that, running does burn calories very quickly. Even "easy running"
is actually pretty intense (most people have trouble running at less than 80%
max heart rate)

That is exactly right - she has to have rocks in her head. She posts her
photos in her underwear - she posts her photo on her website - she posts all
of her personal info and then cries foul when someone associates the two. At
least one other has exposed her well before now and she did nothing about
it. If she is concerned about the safety of her kids etc and did nothing
about changing her website then - then her stupidity and disingenuousness
is apparent. >> Stay informed about: Weight loss with elliptical |

There are active serial killers in every metropolis. There are, worse, nomadic
ones. Maybe 400 currently active in the US. There are several states without
the death penalty. There are convicted and imprisoned and subsequently paroled
serial killers walking around free right now. There are states without a death
penalty. They're not actually hunted and executed; they're investigated and
arrested and tried and, if found guilty, imprisoned.

No.
Certainly I don't go out of my way to provoke them, however, or engage in
slanging matches with vicious annoying punks. Bury your enemies where you find
them. Or, Smile and hug and kiss your friends, treasure them. Smile and cut
the major blood vessels of your enemies - way to a man's heart is through his
stomach, as they say. But your current strategy is ineffective; try something
else. Like unsubscribing from mfw, or killfiling Hudson, or considering the
consequences of your actions before posting.
I, for one, would, hypothetically, rather anonymize and move than lose kids.
Even if the risk wasn't worth that, it would be worth more than mfw. Go hang
out on rec.cycling or something, much nicer.

I carry guns. I've had to look at someone over the front sight, and feel all
the warmth and color leach out of the universe... they ran before I had to kill
them, fortunately.
A well-trained house dog - I favor German Shepherds, but I'm not the dog nerd
here - would add a thick layer of safety to your household without having to
handle guns, if you're hoplophobic. >> Stay informed about: Weight loss with elliptical |

they're more protective than they are purely aggressive. >> Stay informed about: Weight loss with elliptical |

That was a term I was also unfamiliar with.

Yes, they just produce sod all power output compared to someone fit. Over
90-120+ minutes you will get a difference where the endurance athlete can
keep working at a given heart rate for much longer, due to better ability to
burn fat, though.

From <http://encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com/Hoplophobe>:
Hoplophobia (pronounced HOP-li-fobia), from the Greek
"hoplon," or weapon, is a phobia identified by firearms
instructor Colonel Jeff Cooper in 1962. His intent was to
gain clinical recognition of the irrational fear of
firearms. He stated that "the most common manifestation of
hoplophobia is the idea that instruments possess a will of
their own, apart from that of their user".
