I suppose you could take your dumbbells and walk around with them.
I've heard that some people have had good experiences with this sort
of training. Googling for "Heavy Hands" should lead you in the right
direction.
You aren't going to build muscle with 5kg dumbbells though. You're
not likely to get "toned and youthful either." Weight training is the
best way to change the way you look, whether you want to lose weight
or gain muscle, but you have to lift something that's actually heavy.

This sort of routine isn't likely to build any substantial muscle
mass, it's essentially a cardio workout masquerading as strength
training. Worse, unless you plan on doing lots of what would
essentially end up being bodyweight squats it is a cardio workout that
isn't targeting the larger muscle mass in your lower body. If you
want to build endurance and burn calories you should run or walk (take
the weights along if you want), or do something else that is going to
get your legs moving.

Let's just say that the whole subject is complicated and leave it at
that. If you have a limited amount of time to work out then there's
probably a better use of your time than stretching.

Lots of people exercise in the mornings. Is it the ideal time to work
out? Probably not. However, I personally like starting the day out
with a workout, and that's when working out fits into my schedule. If
I was trying to make the Olympic weightlifting team I might
re-prioritize.

I'm not touching that.
